Healthcare Communication 3 Day Masterclass hosted by Deakin University OCPH

Improving communication with patients impacts their experience and care

Deakin University’s Centre for Organisational Change in Person-Centred Healthcare (OCPH) is hosting an intensive healthcare communication residential masterclass in December in Geelong.

The evidence-based masterclass will focus on refining core skills and conducting complex conversations with patients and families, team and interprofessional communication.

Each small group will be guided by experts in healthcare communication, Professor Peter Martin and Ms Meg Chiswell and supported by professional simulated patients.
