Professional Development Opportunities

ANZAHPE offers a variety of Professional Development Opportunities for our members and contacts.

Professional Development (PD) is important in ensuring educators are informed and up-to-date with developments in education. ANZAHPE has a role in supporting PD in Health Professional Educators.  This includes the ANZAHPE conference, the ANZAHPE Online Professional Development Events, the ANZAHPE Member Networking events and the ANZAHPE Hot Topic Action Groups.  These events and activities offer diverse opportunities for sharing and networking as important scholarly activity and development.

ANZAHPE ONLINE

ANZAHPE ONLINE aims to deliver a rich academic experience to ANZAHPE members and the wider community. The PD program has been designed to to cater for novice through to experienced educators/scholars. The program is a series of events throughout the year. ANZAHPE members have access to recordings of past events as a membership benefit.

ANZAHPE MEMBER NETWORKING

ANZAHPE Member Networking offers networking opportunities for our members to connect with one another online. We offer multiple events per year with a topic for conversation and multiple break out rooms in order to get to know one another on a more personal level.

ANZAHPE HOT TOPIC ACTION GROUP

An ANZAHPE HTAG provides a forum for exploration and development of issues important to health professional educators. HTAG's will be provided with a password protected discussion forum on the ANZAHPE website to allow HTAG members to communicate with one another asynchronously.
