Congratulations to Sneha Kirubakaran on her Associate Fellowship with ANZAHPE.
Sneha considers herself a medical educator first and a doctor second. She recently relocated to Central Queensland to work for the University of Queensland Rural Clinical School, after 21 years in Adelaide studying and working at Flinders University. Her PhD in Medical Education entitled, "Establishing New Medical Schools in Medically Under-served Areas" was one of the funnest things she has ever done! Clinically, she works as a rural GP in Central Queensland.
She volunteers within Australia as a leader with the Christian Medical & Dental Fellowship of Australia (CMDFA). Overseas, she regularly volunteers as a doctor and medical teacher in countries such as Indonesia, Timor Leste, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Israel, Iraq, the Marshall Islands, China, and India.
"Associate Fellowship allows me to connect with my Health Professions Peers and give back to the HPE industry."
