Congratulations to Amy Lim on her ANZAHPE Associate Fellowship.

Amy Lim is an optometrist, early-career academic and emerging leader in assessment within health professions education. Her career has evolved from clinical practice to curriculum and assessment leadership, driven by a longstanding commitment to learning and sharing knowledge with others. As a PhD candidate, Amy is investigating the teaching and assessment of communication and clinical reasoning skills within Optometry, with broader implications for allied health and medical curricula.

Amy has found the ANZAHPE network to be a supportive, nurturing network for early career academics such as herself and has experienced the value of mentorship in building confidence, networks and developing her scholarly identity.
