Presenters: Simone Gibson, Andy Wearn, Di Eley, and Mahbub Sarkar

Date: Thursday 18th September 2025
Time: 1.00pm - 2.00pm (AEST)

This session is designed for early career and novice researchers who may have limited or no experience in writing. It would also serve as a refresher on writing for academic publication for mid-career. The session seeks to encourage all levels of experience and especially novice writers to improve key writing skills. Through short presentations and discussion. We will focus on topics that will help you to reflect on your work, how to improve your chances of publication, writing tips, and an understanding of the publication process. There will be opportunities for Q&A through a panel discussion and / or zoom breakout rooms facilitated by experienced FoHPE Board members.
